I started my journey with a clear purpose—to become the best volleyball player I could be. By the age of 19, I was on the Dutch national team, even competing in the Olympics. I was driven, focused, and knew exactly where I was headed. But things changed. A relationship knocked my confidence, and for the first time, I started questioning myself—not just on the court but in life.
In those years, I lost the energy and direction that had once driven me. Instead of leading my life, I found myself reacting to it. Eventually, I left volleyball behind, and without a clear path, I struggled to find my place. I worked my way up through corporate roles, learning on the go, facing doubts, and battling inner challenges that no title or achievement could fix.
It took years, but eventually, I found that spark again. I realized that self-mastery isn’t about fixing every flaw or chasing some “ideal life”. It’s about taking ownership—of our thoughts, our emotions, our energy. It’s about becoming the one in charge, not letting life “happen” to us but shaping it from the inside out. And when that happens, things start to align. Peace, purpose, clarity—they all come naturally as a result.
A lot of advice out there sounds nice, but it can feel impossible to apply. I understand that, because I’ve been on both sides. I’ve felt the drive, the peace, and the sense of purpose. I’ve also felt the struggles of trying to change without a roadmap.
In my coaching, I bring practical tools that work in real life. I’m not here to talk about abstract ideas—I’m here to guide you in making real, sustainable changes. Changes that don’t just make you feel better temporarily but that actually shift how you think, live, and experience life.
If you’re ready for that kind of transformation, let’s get to work. You don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, look within, and make the choice to live intentionally—one thought, one feeling, one action at a time.
