Meet Me!

From Overcoming Challenges to Helping You Rise Above Yours

My Journey to Self-Mastery

I started my journey with a clear purposeā€”to become the best volleyball player I could be. By the age of 19, I was on the Dutch national team, even competing in the Olympics. I was driven, focused, and knew exactly where I was headed. But things changed. A relationship knocked my confidence, and for the first time, I started questioning myselfā€”not just on the court but in life.

In those years, I lost the energy and direction that had once driven me. Instead of leading my life, I found myself reacting to it. Eventually, I left volleyball behind, and without a clear path, I struggled to find my place. I worked my way up through corporate roles, learning on the go, facing doubts, and battling inner challenges that no title or achievement could fix.

It took years, but eventually, I found that spark again. I realized that self-mastery isnā€™t about fixing every flaw or chasing some “ideal life”. Itā€™s about taking ownershipā€”of our thoughts, our emotions, our energy. Itā€™s about becoming the one in charge, not letting life “happen” to us but shaping it from the inside out. And when that happens, things start to align. Peace, purpose, clarityā€”they all come naturally as a result.

My Approach to Real Change

A lot of advice out there sounds nice, but it can feel impossible to apply. I understand that, because Iā€™ve been on both sides. Iā€™ve felt the drive, the peace, and the sense of purpose. Iā€™ve also felt the struggles of trying to change without a roadmap.

In my coaching, I bring practical tools that work in real life. Iā€™m not here to talk about abstract ideasā€”Iā€™m here to guide you in making real, sustainable changes. Changes that donā€™t just make you feel better temporarily but that actually shift how you think, live, and experience life.

If youā€™re ready for that kind of transformation, letā€™s get to work. You donā€™t need to be perfect, and you donā€™t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, look within, and make the choice to live intentionallyā€”one thought, one feeling, one action at a time.
